The metal-cutting tool

Technical data

1. Plates CNB "Microbor" are the most effective while mechanical processing (including) draft, core and on impact) of pig-iron and tempered steels.

2. Range of cutting modes of CNB «Microbor» while mechanical processing is much wider  than other cutting materials have:
- the cutting speed may change from the used for hard alloys till the speeds while super fast milling;
- the max submission and cutting depth are limited firstly by the length of cutting core, physical and mechanical properties (relative process factor KV) of the used material, rigidity of the SPID system and the highest equipment admission characteristics.

The highest parameters of cutting modes for plates CNB "Microbor", actually received at observance of the given restrictions, are depicted in the table:

3. Unlike other cutting materials at destruction, the plates CNB «Microbor» during introduction of tool particles in a body of a processable detail are excluded.

4. Are not the reason for working side change of plate CNB "Microbor", if it does not conduct sharp increase of loading and does not break the set requirements for the processed detail surface:
- Not increasing local on a cutting edge at processing all materials listed in the table;

- Abrasive deterioration (more 0,5 mm) on the main back surface, under condition of absence visible deadlock (rounding off) of the most cutting edge («self-sharpening» effect) during pig-iron processing.
